I have changed a bit my method to identify what could be a good theme ... and wondered, if there is not something wrong with the suggested themes.

I don't hate you or despise your ideas ... your suggestions are just not themes most of the time. Indeed there are a lot of good game concepts, story plots, game mechanics, twists, genre innovations and what not ... pls put them in your games, not in the themes suggestions.
