I couldn't come up with a concept that 1. Stuck to the Theme 2. Interested me from a gameplay perspective and 3. Was achievable within the scope of a game jam. I struggled for an answer for almost 2 full hours, so instead of wasting more time I powered on ahead with an idea I already believed in.
