Unless there is a really good reason not to (e.g. your game engine does not support it), please build your games for HTML5. With Unity, you can embed them in itch.io by uploading a zip file of the WebGL build.

Many people do not want to download files onto their computers to play a game. It makes the experience much smoother for those that play your games.
