[**TIC-80**](https:\/\/tic80.com\/) is an all-in-one platform for making and distributing 8-bit games. It has its built-in code, sprite, tile, and music editor which make it extremely fast and easy to prototype games, perfect for a game jam. **Did I mention that it is also free and open source?** TIC-80 does have some limitations from its 8-bit architecture (which can also be its charm) but that doesn't stop us from making some amazing games.
