I'm in - LD49

This weekend, I am going to make a game. At the moment, I am just working by myself, and will be trying to be done by Sunday afternoon. If I can do that, then I will submit to the compo. Otherwise, or if others would be interested in helping me, I will submit to the jam, as I usually do.

Haven't entirely decided what tools I'm going to go with just yet. Probably Unity again, since that is still what I have the most familiarity with. Probably like 2018 so as to not have to deal with all the new render pipeline stuff. I might also look into using some simple C/C++-based framework like Allegro. I haven't used it in a while, so I'd have to have a look through the docs and re-familiarize with it. I would like to keep things as simple as possible, so a 2D game is more likely. Something 3D in, say, UE4 or something where I could just block out a bunch of levels might be interesting, though.

I will also (hopefully, if the adapter I've ordered shows up in time) use the Cintiq I just got off a friend recently, and use either ProMotion or Grafx to do some sprite graphics. Really looking forward to this part.

Going to avoid Audacity for this one, even though it is free and I am familiar with it. Here's why. I'll see if I can get Reaper working for me before things start up.

Happy Jamming, Y'all!
