It Has Happened

Those of you who played my game Aftermath (ranking in at absolutely no notable rankings other than a way higher Mood rating than the other categories) might be excited to hear that that terribly drawn and spaced font has been fixed. My game development skills tend to be rock bottom when I'm tired, so I'll share this before I crash:

(You can't see it here, but the spacing of the characters has also been adjusted so instead of it looking like random scribbly words all over the place, it's actually readable sentences.)

Version 2.1.1, coming tomorrow, will use the new font and font spacing to make it so you can actually read the story I wrote!

Quite a bit of an improvement, in terms of actually being able to read it! If anyone is interested in getting their hands on these nice handdrawn fonts, my game Aftermath is completely open-source! Even when I make major updates I'll still make sure that you can always get the latest updates. Regardless of what happens next Ludum Dare, I'll probably open source my project no matter what ends up happening. (Why only open source because of the Compo rules when you can always open source? ๐Ÿ˜„)
