Files?
I have been making games for 2 years and growing as of now and I believe that I am ready for Ludum Dare but I use a program that only exports .aia and .apk files would I still be able to participate?

Sure, although you might have trouble getting enough votes on your game to get a ranking. The number of votes you get are often highly correlated to the ease of running the game.
