Some of the categories in my game have 15 votes. But only 12 people played my game. I know it's 12 people because there's a leaderboard system and I can see how many players tried to play my game.

So, if you haven't played a game don't rate it. Even if you saw someone else play it on a stream, you didn't get the hands on experience to rate the game. If you play the game.
