Mood

Last round of theme voting is almost up and I am actually pretty excited about the themes. Although I gave very few upvotes, even the themes I did not like I believe could still be turned into interesting games with some creativity. Really pumped! :smile:

Challenges

This will be my first game jam as a dad, and even though I will still participate in the compo, while striving for a polished product, I will have to adjust my expectations. In the past I have dedicated up to 40h to working on games during compos but this time around I'm aiming for 15ish. I intend to dedicate more hours to planning and designing the game (while nursing the baby and helping around the house), so that I come up with a concept that aligns with my strengths and is doable on a more limited timeline.
