I feel like the last couple of LD themes have been too straightforward... Like, \"Start with nothing\": It's very clear on what it means, which is a downside for me because I think game jams are at their best when they let people do almost whatever you want with them.  \"Your life is currency\" was one I really didn't like, because I felt forced to use the player's life as a currency in a shop, or as ammo.  I think themes should be up for interpretation, so that you get a variety of games that all used the same phrase or word in wildly different ways\n\nI've also been playing a lot of Factorio, and I'm just curious what jammers could do with Automation.
