Wow! Good work everyone! I've only done one Ludum Dare before, but this one was much more difficult! This LD really underlined the idea of keeping your ideas controlled and realistic.

Zoltanya started with a clever take on "Your Life is currency" what if your life was literally the currency (money) given to you. The most obvious version of this to me was the robotic fortune tellers that only come to life when you pay them.

To make the idea more interesting that giving fortunes, I also added the ability to hack other machines and shut them down forcing customers to try out your machine. I also wanted to add an ominous horror feel to such a grim thing as being slave to a quarter. I believe I achieved some of that with vignette, chromatic aberration, and grayscale, but things like brutal self doubting voices did not make it in time.
