I have a handy Scope case for all my managing Scope needs. Makes my Scope very portable and has shiny brass buckles that prevent the case from opening mid journey and my Scope getting away from me. I honestly don’t know how I managed my Scope before I bought my Scope case, it’s fundamentally changed my life and the functionality I get from my Scope.

For every feature, break it down into smaller sections. For each section, break it into chunks. Continue into you can get as low level as you can. Try to break problems down to the level of code. Then estimate problems that the code might give you, and try and figure out how long that would take. Then triple that time. Do you have that much time left? Are there more important things that need doing?
