Sand Gardeners is in!
Hello fellow jammers, glad to be back with you again 💜
Almost a year ago, we released The Cashbags Man as part of LD38, it was the first complete game from this small team of ours. For one of us, it was even their first game ever! 😯
It went very well, and it was so great to actually finish something, have people play it and enjoy it!
(It was odd that our first game jam together went that well actually, as you may know the first time doesn't always turn well, and we had to quit our LD39, so the mandatory "Failed Jam" box has also been ticked lol)Fortunately, we did better on LD40 with Between Stations and this time we allowed ourselves to make something that was closer to the kind of games we really want to make.
We also took the time to rate games and take a better look at what other people did. It's stunning how great some works were, and the astounishing number of games that have been made in barely 3 days.
Anyway, we're more ready than ever for this anniversary jam of ours, and we sincerely hope everyone here will have a great time!
