I'm In! (and TIPS)

With this being my 11th round of Ludum Dare, I'm starting to feel a bit like a veteran. My friend, who will be joining in to help me with audio and some general design, will be doing his 6th.

Without much further ado, here are two tips I've learned will help you get the most out of your jam this weekend.

1 << Keep your game little. I'm sure you've heard this by now, but it will seriously help you out. Literally everything you'll want to do will take longer than you might have thought it would. You very much want to leave room for polish.

2 << Publish to HTML. This way, everyone who's a lazy bum will still play your game, since they won't have to download it. I personally always have the game built for HTML, and there are about 10 times more plays in the browser than there are downloads.
