Badly Cloaked Circle by TheWyo

[raw]
made by TheWyo for LD33 (COMPO)
Badly Cloaked Circle is a short, simple hack-and-slash type game where you play as the evil Badly Cloaked Circle who is defending himself against the army of Goody-green Circles. The concept is simple, survive as long as you can and rack up points. But be warned, once the timer runs out, reinforcements arrive and it's all downhill from there.

Controls:
Movement - WASD
Aim - Mouse
Attack - Left click
Launch Fireball - Right Click (If you have a dropped Fire Staff)
Pause - Escape

Notes:
*No WebGL build as of yet, seems to perform pretty badly for some reason, I'll try sort that out.
*Only two waves/levels, spawn rate doubles after the level up
*Trivia: Programmer-art galore. It was planned to be Demon vs Castle Guard. It's also the origin of the name.

I liked it. It felt odd to guide - WASD was always based on screen, not my rotated orientation - made it difficult to get into. But, liked the idea! Keep up the good work!

A simple game with programmer art, but what it does works. Move, aim, shoot, collect.
