This is the game page to host the game ‘Garganoyd’ made for the Ludum Dare #33 Game Compo running this weekend, the 22nd and 23rd of August 2015.

The controls are standard WASD with mouse aiming. Your objective is to collect all meteriorite pieces in each map while fighting the enemy tanks hell bent on stopping you!

Sadly, it's missing sounds and music, but due to time constraints and other commitments, i'm letting it go as is.

*** Please play the Windows x86 Version only with windowed Settings, not fullscreen, as there is a Problem with the user interface in Unity in that case ***

You did a Mac build! Props!

OK, so, good job with the 3D models. I never know how anyone manages to get a 3D game done for LD. Dude is even animated! I did find the floor textures ugly though.

All in all, a nice little shooter. Title screen is good too.

The missing sound and I think missing powerups detract from it a bit. Definitely follows the theme and I like the graphics. The monster is painfully slow, but good weapon reach that is accurate.

Base assets are solid, why not use Unity lights, shadows and shaders ?
