2004: Back in Iraq by xgeovanni

[raw]
made by xgeovanni for LD33 (JAM)
For the second time in a row, I decided to enter something after all halfway through Sunday. This is the first time I've entered the Jam, because I reused a bunch of assets from my previous LD entries, I sampled several other sources, and I used a Creative Commons song by Trevor Lentz.

This game is stupid. It's mostly inside jokes. You'll only enjoy it if you see it for what it is. To fully get it you'll have to have had basically the exact same life experience as I have, because the jokes are that obscure. And it's a sequel to my last LD game, so you'd do well to play that if you really want to understand what's going on.

When making this game, I learned what it's like to pile shitcode on top of 3 month old shitcode.

I hope you like it, but I know you won't.

Got REALLY difficult after the 4th shot or something. Had to retry over 10 times. I liked the tune, though.

Really unique game, the music is awesome and it is also fun to play, but gets repetitive after some shots.

Great music, good graphics, bizarre story!
Intro was a bit long-winded & the gameplay is quite repetitive, but it's a challenging game

A charming and nostalgic game about the beauty of love and the purity of marital relationships. I am forwarding this game to the Catholic Church to see if we can distribute this in missionary schools across the world.

Would recommend.
