Great work!
Nice art, SFX, and idea everything feels good!

I just think controls are a bit clunky J, K and Space are too far away from each other...

The 2.5d artstyle is so neat! Now i want so badly to make something like this! Gameplay is simple but slick, very satisfying!

Love the idea with graphics, its really impress how you mixed pixel art and 3d and the result is wonderful. Gameplay is also good, like the mechanics of fight and the idea with jumping demons, and all of elevator concept, maybe it's like "Peace, Death!" game also)) You did a good job

Super stylish and fun quick game, the gameplay is really intuitive and I managed to beat it pretty quickly. The controls worked great for me. But balance-wise, the heavy attack seems so much better than the light one - I think I ended up winning by using only heavy attacks and knocking down five demons at a time :D

I liked this short and sweet lil game! It took me awhile to get used to the controls (Using WASD plus J and K felt weirdly cramped on my keyboard), but I really liked how you let the player refill their health bar by slaying demons! With wave attack/survival games like this, I often will take a hit or two early on and feel like I'm playing from behind for the rest of the run, so it was really nice to be able to play precisely and get back to a clean slate after building up a combo. It made it so that the game was testing my ability to string together combos of clean gameplay, rather than being a fight against atrophy. Great design choice! :)

The art style was also very appealing

Love the look and feel of this game, you should definitely expand upon it and make it a full game it would be so sick.

I laughed so much playing this and felt really empowered by suddenly not feeling bad at beatemups :D I didn't pay attention to the health bar, probably because it was the same color as the combo bar and the game itself was so intense, which made me not get how I was dying because I ran out time - but then I realized what I was doing wrong, still my record is bad 40 seconds :') Great job!

This game is so crunchy, I love it! There is the instant urgency of fighting and keeping the demons away from you, but maybe this could be reflected a bit more in the UI (just thinking, an overlay that turns more red at the sides for example). Also, just some extra oomph (screenshake, particles, etc) and a variety of attacks. But in the end this is suuuuuuper enjoyable already. One of my favorites !

The one minute it took me for my successful run felt like an eternity, but I mean it in a positive way! :D
The game was really fun to play. When I was so close finishing it and failed, I startet again, because I could not let the little demons win.

The graphics are well made. The animations of the characters adds a lot to the style. The blood particles are a nice touch. The game felt very polished. Hitting things felt very satisfying and the music was a good choice for this type of game. You wrote that you got it from Pixabay, maybe you could add the name of the artist too?

Having some Power-Ups after having a streak or killing a certain amount of enemies would add depth to the gameplay.

The "health bar system" is great. I had a lot of fun with your game. :)

so fun! i had alot of extreme moments there lol
really liked the art and the overall feel!

i wished for some more mechanics of emphasising the idea of an elevator. maybe some strangers just coming in and out during some levels, haha just playing with the idea.

amazing little game, well done!

The graphics are stylish, the music is good, and the combat is solid.

However, it only loosely fits the theme of "depths."

This 2d/3d style of game is pretty much a BadPiggy classic. I also like the scoring on the end screen. I don't think it connects much to the theme, but the game feel was really nice.

Love the gamefeel, also love that you don't have a health bar but have to kill to not die. Strong attack is OP, did't use light attack at all.
And really like this 2.5 pixel style.

Damn that's really good, so satisfying to whack those demons. I especially like how the music comes in, I was worried it was going to be silent, but then the music kicked in and it rocks 🤘

Haha this is super fun!! I'm not the best with skill and timing based games, so I'm sure my score's not the greatest. But once you get in a rhythm of knocking them out, it feels powerful. When you get stun-locked and start to get overwhelmed, you know it's about to be over. The quick restart is a great call. Not to mention, the clean art style, camera shake and effects, with the pseudo-3d/2d mix, gives it a LOT of personality. Fantastic submission.

Just another juicy, combo-based high-score action game from the legendary Bad Piggy. :sunglasses:

That sounds condescending, but I'm legitimately impressed how you're able to create such consistently high-quality action games like this. Very nice job on this one :ok_hand:

Really fun one! The action was simple and fast paced. You really get into a nice groove of dodging and hitting, and light vs heavy attack adds just enough of decision point to keep things interesting. Love how it escalated with the number of demons ramping up near the end. Part of me wishes you introduced another enemy type eventually, but I also kinda appreciate that the game asks you to really master this one loop and then ends without overstaying its welcome. Music and visuals were also great as always and contributed to the pulse pumping action. Overall, really well done. Nice work!

Oh, and here's my final score:

Heck yeah, I love this, it's such a simple yet addictive gameplay loop. I don't think I ever used the weak attack though, heavy all the way! I'll be coming back to playing some more once I'm done catching up on other games that's for sure. It's very simple yet very addicting, figuring out patterns and dodging attacks. Only main problem I have is that sometimes I feel like there isn't much of a feedback when you get hit from enemies, but other than that the visual, audio and gameplay is addictive and fun. The dodge is also a great mechanic it's helped me out of some situations, over all a fantastic entry! <3
