Drop by caeonosphere

Assume control of a droplet of blue stalactite juice as you traverse an underground world. A 3D platformer inspired by classic 2D platformers like Gish and N. Controller highly recommended. If you don't have a controller, you can use WASD to move, mouse to look, Space to jump, and left click to "stomp."

Apologies for the terrible camera! Remember back when every game review had to mention how terrible the camera was? Just one more way my brain is stuck in the '90s. That's for me to dwell on, but here's a couple things for you to dwell on:
- Can you collect all 5 secrets?
- Can you beat my speedrun of 4 minutes, 50 seconds?
- Well? Can you?

- Made with Unity, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, FL Studio, and Audacity.
- Display font is Gabarito by Naipe Foundry.
- Audio samples from Freesound users christo13, discofield, and littlerobotsoundfactory.

@haokai-xu-1999 The bugfix version also has an OSX build. :)
* The mouse controls were super sensitive, also the ball was a bit too fast and slippery for me
* It took me a while with the glider to realize there is a countdown before you even start using it. Maybe make this a bit more movious with sounds or put the counter in the middle of the screen. That level was really hard (and I skipped the first platform)
* I didn't know what to do on the level with the lasers. What was that crystal?
* Pretty cool that the ball could squeeze through things :)
* Yeah, not proud of the keyboard and mouse controls. This was my first time using Unity's "Input System"... definitely a learning process.
* The countdown for the glider in the upper left tells you how much time it has left, and there shouldn't be any time after picking it up before you can use it. Maybe there's a bug?
* In the level with the lasers, you just have to get past them and then use the little lip to do a walljump-stomp (or just stand on it and jump off):

The crystal is one of the five secrets to find: probably the least secretive one. Thanks for playing! :D
Very solid, good controls.
I liked the music as well !
Good job !
By the way, if you love musics in unusual beats, try my game! I wrote a 5/4 music for it. :fish: :droplet:
forwards and back to dodge obstacles, and for some reason can't be tilted upwards (effectively
blinding me whenever I need to go up). Meanwhile, rather than giving me time
to line up the camera so I can jump to a place I otherwise wouldn't be able to see, there's a
thing shooting at me :(. I don't own a controller so maybe I would have been less
frustrated had I used one.
Other than that, I liked the audio and visuals. The music especially strikes me as much more complex
than what you find in most compo games.
@lucasito the windows version runs fine for me on Linux using Wine.
