This was fun. The ballance of the game was on point for me. Many times I lost the game lacking only 1 energy, or 1 card, or 1 connection point.. I liked it
Just the mouse over for the cards sometimes was outside the screen and a little tough to read, maybe a more opaque background would be helpful.

So, little tutorial for those who interested @alaah @jovialknoll @nicekot @follusior @d-omino @funbanan
Player have Connection (hit points), CPU (energy), and cards. Enemy has Progress (total level HP), and various antivirus cards.
To play your card has cost in Energy (orange circle). You can play 1 card in turn.
If it's "defence" (pink square) it heals your Connection, allowing to live longer. If your connection is 0, you lost (can replay level)
"Damage" (blue triangle) attacks enemy card's "Health" (blue rectangle), if enemy card has "Defense" (pink square) damage will be reduced (like, 3-1=2). It will be destroyed if 0 hp.
"Progress" deals damage directly to "Progress". When progress is full, you win that level. Actually every card played deals at least 1 progress.
After you played card, enemy cards will attack your "Connection" each with their damage. So it's wise to destroy high attackers (blue triangle = 2) first. Also there is tactic to don't kill last enemy and give yourself time for healing, while he dealing just 1 damage.
Instead of turn, you may Skip - that will regenerate +1 "CPU" (energy). You can draw a card for -1 energy. If your hand is empty, you will draw some cards (depending on level).
Super neat game though! Love the theme of a hacking card game!
I should have read the comment about the rules, that would have help tremendously, you should use that comment in the description or point to it.
Do review some games in the danger zone so that you get the 20 ratings your game is worth it!
You should add a Readme with a link to your entry and you can add badges for the readme that you can use:
