Avoid the void by Danigabe

Walk across an endless old bridge, trying to escape a creature emerging from the depths, while keeping your balance against the wind. Mmm... yeah, looks like we made a difficult game again. Sorry, mates.

We were inspired by PS1 graphics and the fog in Silent Hill (which, back in those days, was used to hide technical limitations. We used it to hide our lack of time, haha).

Hope you enjoy it!
Btw: We recommend headphones and gamepad :)

It's really hard to walk and watch the monster at the same time, and at first it wasn't clear that the monster stops when you look at it. But other than that - the tutorial, mechanics, sounds and graphics are just great! Good job!
But I have to be honest, even though I played the tutorial I didn't get it at first that you have to look at the monster to stall it. I only found out by reading the comment section here after I finished playing it once and then I had to go back and replay it and it all made sense to me. So my suggestion would be to maybe mention it here in the project description to make it clearer?.
Anyway, cool idea, solid implementation. Great job!.
The controls seemed a bit clunky though and a few, what I assume are, bugs prevented me from progressing very far. Every time I turned to either side my character would walk forward for a few steps without my input which killed me a couple times, and I sometimes ended up out of proper alignment with the walk-way so the posts would push me off when I reached them.
The game kept prompting me to run when the creature arrived, but I couldn't seem to find any sprint button to go faster than the creature; it usually caught me within 2 seconds.
Still a really high quality game overall!
