Team roles: lampo4ka - art, OSDI - music and sfx, Altairus - moving background art, Wyzal - code and ui art.

ChangeLog 1.02 - web build doesn't supports async methods. So i fix async method to Coroutine method.

I love the programmer art style, lots of charm with it. Audio is simple but sucks you in.

The gameplay reminds me of the game "Reigns", felt like it was a main inspiration. The dialog and the art style together are quite humorous.

Felt a bit slow to start, I thought there may have been a bug and it got stuck so I refreshed the page, speeding up the time between dialogs might be a good idea.

Overall fantastic entry!

I liked how you integrated the reign mechanics into the theme. Nice smooth animation transition as you sink down. I appreciated the art aspect in that as a fellow artist.

I liked the art style of this one! On the gameplay side, I ended up not knowing the impact my choices were having on the kingdom... also, I think the gap between dialogues could be shorter, sometimes I thought my game froze.

My screen went black after playing with some dolls o I guess I won? lost? Its over either way.
Neat idea, a bit too long between dialogs. I wasn't really sure what my goal was so I just kinda chose the least bad card. My citizen disgruntle meter went up once the whole play through. I'm not sure if I did well or not.

Nice to play. As a player, i'd like to feel some instant response of my choices. And maybe always on-screen progress bars, which indicate current mood of the citizens
Anyway, i like the story and theme implementation

Thanks for all feedbacks. Only the fade at the end of the game was not planned. The scoring should have appeared after fade. The problem is solved and maybe the game will show itself better with this fix. I also agree that delay between dialogues need to be less, but it can no longer be called a bug fix and I think it is better to leave it that way. Thank you all for playing our first entry game at Ludum Dare!!!! And now I'm going to bed ^_^

I think the music sounds like original compositions for LD57 and if that is the case they sound really catchy. They are simple midi sounds, but whoever wrote these songs wrote some really catchy music!

I wish the pacing was much faster, there seemed to be long pauses between dialogue.

The flow wasn't very good, I would have the choices be closer together, or have something happen in between, like a cutscene or story

I really liked the game's concept. The idea of sinking the castle underground is awesome. You can really see the consequences of your decisions :)

Very funny idea and interesting take on the theme. But I admit the gameplay felt a bit flat, but on the plus side, it did give me a better understanding of a certain current president. :upside_down:

I played a lot of a similar game called "Reigns" once upon a time. i liked both, the audio was dangerously loud tuned in your game. all in all a good solid job, well done.

The audio really adds a lot! I do wish it was a bit easier to see in advance the consequences of your actions (not necessarily all the consequences in detail, but at least a little more to go on).

Interesting take on the theme!

I like how each level has its own background and music, changing the vibe. I like how the eyes went red at a certain level. But the music is a bit too monotonous, and doesn't always loop very well. From the intro and the drawing of the king I expected some limbs to grow, but that never happened? I found the first level/floor to take a bit too long. For me, it was not clear what the consequences of my choices were.
I reached the end, but not sure how good or bad it is. :wink: I would play again, if the footsteps wouldn't take so long each time.

This paint-esque visuals are really sharp and actually feel complete - this and the progressing music sell their own unique vibe. I find the path where you are trying to be good funnier in second playthrough :D I agree with others - the time between the dialouges could be a little bit shorter, so we could explore all these funny choices. Great first entry, theme is spot on!

Fun game, I enjoyed making choices, it was interesting, but my choices were not the best. I wish the gameplay was a little faster. Thanks for the interesting experience.
