Loved the idea

Cool game concept but I'm not sure the resource cost scaling is quite right.. It just feels like I'm wearing down my mouse click

Love the art and music though. Great effort!

Hello, nice game. Can you explain, how I get Iron. It seems like I need to get Deeper for Iron, But I cant get lower then 200 and to use the elevator I need Iron :-/

@kevin-meissner You’re correct, this is a game-breaking bug, and I’ll need to switch to Jam to be able to upload a fix. Thanks for catching it! The elevator should be upgraded for 100 coal instead.

@spectra Yep, haha, this game is currently pretty rough on your mouse. I’ll push a fix soon with a new balance. I don’t want to break anyone’s LMB;)

I accidentally pressed enter and all progress was reset( But the game is very atmospheric and exciting. Good job!

I couldn't progress in the game due to missing iron for the elevator (didn't read comments before trying...). Quite rough on your mouse hand :D However, the graphics and the athmosphere is superb, also incorporates the theme well (or would, if I could get the damn elevator)!

I tried to play it on the ipad…. works fine this such a cool game. I played it long… have about 200 workers, but i cant find any iron. Is there something i have overseen?

@psychomonster It's a bug. I've misspelled one condition and iron doesn't spawn.

I've always loved these kind of games. I love building up wealth and automating stuff. Great job! The only issue I had is that I play on the html version since I don't have windows and LD site refreshes every couple of minutes, so it is like having a time bomb. Would suggest uploading it to itch so we can play for longer runs. Otherwise it is great! Congrats!

I love the overall mood! Visuals are so cool, music fits really great into it. It's a pitty that progress is so slow. I made 100 workers but I cannot go deeper because of the iron bug :( You could upload a fix at least to itch.io.

Played it again... no... still playing it on itch.io. Have a Score of 604 at the moment. This game is my personal winner in this LD. Wow so addicting. Sound is broken at some time when too many worker do their jobs. Very nice!

@voidsrc Thanks! Once I automated ore mining, I could get it running during the work on second monitor, and upgrade when needed. Now I maxed everything, all building, all upgrades. Now I have nothing to do :)

One level is digged in about 2 seconds (including ore). Cool game :)

I know clicker is pretty established thing, but I think I would've enjoyed the early game more if the core gameplay was something along the lines of minesweeper. Could've still matched the theme and story well.

Remarkable! The game is so complete, I was wondering if I was playing a published game on steam when I run it.

This is a really good clicker game! I personally have never seen one of these where there's a grid of things to deal with like this (are there others?), so I thought that was interesting. It took a lot longer to finish than most LD games do, but on a normal scale, I felt like it was paced fairly well, which seems hard to accomplish when making this sort of game in a short amount of time. I did end up spending the majority of the game sitting at a lower depth so that I could get ice as fast as possible, since that's what I was usually lacking, but I may have just bought things in a suboptimal order.

As others have said, the art and music are fantastic, and they work really well together.

I am a big fan of idle clicker game, very impressive art, and game is fun!
Unfortunately I didn't complete the game, after running the game for a while, page will reload due take too many memory. Maybe my mac is too old. Hope can support save game progress in the future.

@nilan Thanks for playing! Yeah, the game runs not well on Mac, and crashes are common if you use Safari.

Initial progression is too slow, maybe i do something wrong, but to achieve a mecha i spended at least 15 minutes, but i like the vibe, it remembers me a frostpunk, cool graphics and VERY polished, i like it

Great game, I enjoyed digging and developing my colony. I liked the amazing graphics and sound. However, the gameplay at certain times becomes very slow. Thank you for this game.

Extremely addictive and really gorgeous to look at and listen to. I think some of the prices are off though. You can buy 20 workers for the same amount of ice as a mecha, and it seems like they would do over twice as much work? It's a minor complaint though.

The game is very polished, with great art, sound design and an overall very nice atsmosphere. However, as otehrs have said, the balancing is a bit off. I would've liked a cheaper way to automate ore collection earlier in the game. I feel like ore collection should be automated kind of in parallel to ice collection, otherwise it's too much repetitive clicking earlier in the game. Otherwise, a very impressive submission!

Very cool looking game! A bit to grindy for me though. Took very long to finally automate ore harvesting and then my browser accidently refreshed and I was back to the start, but that was my fault of course xD

Looks and plays really good, but early game is so long. U really need to fix it, cuz game is excellent in all other aspects.

As others have said it's a shame the early progression is so glacial, because this seems really well done. It's just hard to sit and play it, have to keep leavingi it on in the background.

Really beautiful, I love this. Even with an auto-clicker it went too slow though, I gave up around when I got to the depth of iron :(. All of the sound and feedback and interface just work great though, just a little faster and I'd be hooked!
