Pokemoji is a trading card game with Kaomoji-monsters. Like in any battler, your goal is simple: beat an opponent. Hope you'll enjoy the game.

How to play:
1) Pick up cards in hand (bottom of screen) from stacks on the left by clicking or dragging cards.
2) Play cards from hand by dragging them to slots on playfield.
3) Click on cards on playfield to "Tap"(Activate) them.
4) If you have nothing to do - click Next Turn

Tips:
There are 3 types of cards: Environment, Monsters, Magic. And 4 elements. Accent color of cards tells to which element it belongs. Tap on cards to see them closer.

Environment cards change current Element. It affects other cards abilities to attack and defend. Only one Environment card can be active. If you place and activate new, the previous one would be discarded.

Magic cards has a strong attack, especially when used in a suitable environment. But they can only be used once. After activation magic cards are discarded.

Monster cards can be used multiple times, they restore each turn. If they're not activated in that round, they use their defense powers to lower attack rate. Weakness element lowers attack ability, Resist element raises defense.

This is solo project targeted at compo, but I've decided to take additional 24h to polish a bit. I'll be glad to answer your questions and very appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Wow, I have never seen a card game around here!
It was a bit out of balance though. I had the feeling that I might always win by only taking monster cards.

A little confusing, but I think I got the general hang of the rules within a couple of minutes. Nice variation; a lot of effort went into balancing the game and making cards. I don't really care for emojis. But that's ok. Good game!

Pretty complex, but amazing entry! Doesn't really fit the theme, but it's so cool I don't care.
Those emoji faces are awesome; the bear fighter is so awesome.

Like Klappermann, I found it a bit not balanced - I was mainly using monster cards. I couldn't at first understand how attack/defence/hp works but I feel it has a potential. Also, emojis are always cool. :)
BTW - I can tap and activate enemy cards, is it intentional or bug?

Really neat game, congratulations for making a card game in such a short amount of time. It's not perfectly balanced but it's playable, especially the Monsters feel a bit overpowered compared to the Magic and Environment cards.

An unusual take on the theme, if you ask me. The game looked really polished, some good stuff in there.

I found, that using monster cards only is enough to win... I also don't quite understand, how defence works, so, a bit more detailed tutorial would be nice. Interesting game though, especially the cards design.

Like others, it does feel like playing monsters only guarantees a win. The text is also pretty small, thus hard to read. Too bad the game doesn't scale in full screen!
However, that's a tough concept you went for, so gg for going for it!

Nice. I love card games. It's a little easy and random right now. But I think it could be improved to become very interesting thing.
