Lock Smith by Flying Butter Studio
Mr. Smith’s story : a descent into guilt, and the fragile hope of redemption.

To Begin, try to open the lockers...

Sometimes, it's difficult to grap the locker points for no reason. Try clicking on their edge.
Hope you'll enjoy !

The ending was a very nice touch!
Thank you @oadt , your comment is helpfull. I actually misjudged the sizes of my assets on the screen and ended up running out of time. I'll be more careful next time!
Mention spéciale pour la VF (avec doublage, chapeau !)
Let's leave it there for now. I had a great time playing your game.
Hello @onngd , if you need help on some puzzles, I can help. Maybe that's my fault with a confusing puzzle ?
I see a lot of fans of this genre in the comments above who praise your game, which means you did everything cool!
Thank you @dendi-life I did my best to try to dub the character. My girlfriend made the musics, she appreciate your comment  I'm glad to know that you found the game and its puzzles interesting.
@wanabi My girlfriend is happy to know that her musics were pleasant for you
Edit: you managed to do Doors + Depths in one game btw haha
I'm happy to know you had a great time playing
Thanks for your nice comment
Happy to know you liked it
Nice work!
Unfortunately, I got stuck on the puzzle after that (maybe my own stupidity? Maybe a bug?) and so didn't get to see the end of the game.
Love the title. Works in many ways.
Because of the timed level (and having kids myself), I wouldn't play a more polished version of this (knowing that it's coming would just make it worse), but I would recommend you make a more polished version; this game has legs. The narrative and the game play reinforce each other and that's a rare thing for a game to do. Great job.
It was really hard for me to understand the shapes on the lock since they are sooo small. There's little to no difference between the circle and the square. This made it really difficult for me to understand some puzzles. Ended up completing it after a while anyways.
Just one question, is the level with the timer imposible to complete? I couldn't find the clue for the locks. It's the only thing stopping me.
Regarding the theme of the jam, I guess this is some kind of "depth of the mind" kind of game, so I think it's ok
@nicekot I apologize for the lockets :sob:
@mikemikemakes I understand that the timed level can be "traumatic", sorry for that feeling. But I'm glad to know you appreciate the game anyway
I'm taking your advice to make it a more complete game very seriously. I'm currently finalizing my current project on Steam and I'm thinking of doing that next.
@broco The timed level is impossible to complete  You can't safe your child because of that's a memory. But you are right with the theme. That's a kind of "Depth of the mind" i tried to make
@broco and @cmaks I actually misjudged the sizes of my assets on the screen and ended up running out of time. I’ll be more careful next time! Sorry for that
For the numbers, they are corrects, have you tried ordering the shapes by their number of sides?
Will also note, I don't quite understand how the keypad is supposed to work (beyond guessing, and I have a vague idea of how to read the prompts for it)...
Then again, I really didn't want to stop playing until I finished, so it kept me engaged!
Nice to see a very different take on the theme from some of the other entries I've seen in the jam!
We also made a lockpicking game! It's nice to see another dev team that was similarly inspired by "doors", and went for the challenge of tying in 2 themes :)
I liked the puzzles, it felt like a real progression. I got stuck and couldn't figure out the 62456 combination even by using the total sides of each shape.
I recommend larger symbols.
@jkyd I will try next your lockpicking game too!
@fupi Thanks for your comment  I'm sorry about the size of the shapes. To help you concerning the level with the graph, here a little tip: try to simply reproduce the graph, specialy the line going up

Thank you @asieke for your feedback
BTW: The source code link goes to a 404 page, did you forget to set it to public?
You are right, i forgot to set my repository public, it's done now
That was hard, but only because the symbols were so small. I too always have to get the lint out from my door lock.
