I liked the ants design ! I think displaying the frogs health or having an animation on hit would help feel the impact of the attacks

The core game is fun & the frog death sprite is top notch, but i would like some more mechanics to keep it from being repetitive

Core mechanic is solid, made it to 1000 points before I got bored. Providing some kind of indication when enemies are being hit would be useful -- at first I thought bullets just didn't work at long range, because they didn't seem to do anything. I eventually realized the damage probably just falls off? But I thought I wasn't hitting them at all.

LOVE the music and the cover art- I kind of got vibes of this game Crawl (dungeon crawler with fun monsters).
I agree having some sort of indication that you hit the frogs would help elevate this game if you continue working on it. Very polished / clean running game for the jam!
Oh! Almost forgot to mention that I love the death animations. Those are so fun and make me feel so evil >:)

Simple but funny gameplay with good art! It's kinda fun so you can spend a lot of time playing :D

That's a cool idea for a TopDown shooter. Didn't have enough volume settings and use of glasses to Upgrades my cockroach. But overall the game is cool! Well done! 10/10!

Nice shooter

The game fits the theme excellently. The visuals create a perfect harmony with the music, which significantly enhances the level of immersion. I felt bad for killing the frogs in the game, but what can you do, that’s the game mechanic. Well done! A cute and relaxing game.

Simple and fun shooter concept. The frog death animation was funny too. I would've liked if there was a bit more visual clarity when it came to whether or not my shots landed. Overall, good job!

Reminded me a lot of the old space shooter games.
I like the idea of a shooting ant.

My main issue with this game is the lack of feedback. Adding audio if you hit something or lasersounds for shooting would increase the overall experience.

Nice that the frogs were following the main ant. That's a good idea.

Plays fairly well and the art works out nicely. I feel like the frogs may wander around a bit too much off screen as there were several instances where I had to wait a while for one to show up in my vision, sometimes for it to just jump out of view again. Still, plays smoothly and felt pretty good. Well done.

Really well done! liked the art and animations too! would've liked more enemy variety (could've been different coloured frogs etc) but was fun! :D
