Woah that is one thicc mouse.

It took a couple minutes to get used to the movement controls, but once they clicked, I really enjoyed the game. The movement was very quick, and there weren't a ton of safe spaces to try out the movement, so it was quite challenging until I got that down. I thought the level was very well designed - there were lots of secret passages that were well-placed so that you would feel very clever when you found them.

I thought I was doing pretty well, but ended up running out of time trying to get a particularly stubborn bit of cheese, and I think that ruined my score.

Great work overall!

I really like the idea of the controls, even though it is a bit uncontrollable. And the mouse is really pretty...

Enjoyed this quite a bit! The controls took a little time to figure out but felt real nice once they clicked, and the level design complements them well. Was delightful to find hidden shortcuts, and the music that kicks in when you collect the milk is very effective :) Fantastic job!

EDIT: Came back and got that sweet sweet S rank, hell yeah. Awesome game.

The controls are certainly interesting. Takes some getting used to. Also, the graphics are certainly....well, let's just say it has huuuuuge assets. Some of the platforming requires some pretty precise movement which makes it hard with the control scheme, though. Nice work!

I laughed so hard. Great graphics, but I mean, seriously — apart from the obvious, the artstyle is very cohesive and colors are well chosen. Music and sounds are great! It took me a while to adjust to the movement, which felt kinda tricky at the beginning, but then it clicked and I was able to move really well. Thankfully getting hurt didn't mean the game over — good idea with that!
For some reason, running out of time didn't trigger the end screen for me. But at least thanks to that, I was able to collect the milk jug ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Missed the opportunity to call attic "atthic." Great game, keep this going! Stupid sexy mice...

Great presentation! the graphics are and the music (once you go milk-mode) are great. The controls are definitely an interesting idea, but personally I never really got the hang of them. It's very easy to accidentally move your cursor outside of the screen when you need to get momentum and just lose all of it because of that. Also didn't realize what the actual objective of the level was for quite a while (getting the milk and going back to the start), if it was stated anywhere then I definitely missed it. Still found myself going for few more tries. Cool stuff overall. Also something about mouse tids I dunno lol.

A little hard to control with how fast you move, but otherwise this was really cool. The sound effects were good, I really felt the punch when I hit a bug. A lot of little details were nice too, bouncing off the mousetrap changing the character's expression, this was fun!

A very fun entry! Loved the color palette for the game and the pixel art was very well done, there were many creative ideas that made the game far more fun like the mouse traps that propel you. I personally loved the movement, I saw a demonstration of it on Twitter and it's what made me try the game. I'm personally a huge fan of super fast paced games where your speed can make things a bit more difficult to control. Overall I had fun playing, great work!

As other comments have said, I really enjoyed the movement system!

Liked the game overall, wasn't sure where to go after collecting the milk. The red overlay that happens when you're almost out of time (I think?) was a bit much and it made it kinda hard to see. Nothing happened when I did run out of time. I like how you can bounce off the mousetraps and the movement felt fluid and fun most of the time. As someone else mentioned it was easy for your cursor to go out of the window and lose momentum. Sometimes it felt a bit finicky if there was a jump that required precise movement. Sound effects and milk music were both good. Well done.

Wow, I don't think I've played a platformer with mouse controls before! What an interesting mechanic!

This was really good! Such simple controls too, which felt really good! I realised that I apparently could never die. At one point the screen went red but then it went away again for a few minutes. Also the timer didn't end my game? I got lost in the attic and decided to call it at 4500 points:

A really good an addictive platformer. I had so much fun exploring as much as I could!

1st run, completely based on using just the mouse + LMB = tricky to platform, though really satisfying holding LMB for auto-parkouring all-over the level! hard to platform on precise hanging platforms especially in parts where the camera goes static on the edges of the level... Rank C
2nd run, found out you could hit space to jump (useful for areas for more precise platforming)... Rank B
4th run, took quite some patience but finally possible to complete it in time with no deaths... Rank S

Looking forward to seeing post-jam release of more levels!
Have you thought on exploring Wave Function Collapse for some Procedural Generation on your game?

Having never played a mouse only game before I found it quite hard to get used too but i still had fun! The graphics were lovely and so was the audio

Interesting game, with a mouse only control! The graphics and audio are great, the level design is good (easy at first, then became quite challenging). It's sometimes quite frustrating, but once you get use to it, it fells good to run trough the level at lightspeed!

Great entry congrats!

This is great! love the art and animations.
I really enjoyed becoming familiar with the controls. outside of the issue with losing focus when moving the mouse outside the screen, getting efficient at moving the character where you want is really satisfying. I also loved finding all the secret tunnels :)
I ended with 160/160 cheese. Very fun!!

Great visuals and the idea of controlling through the mouse! In some areas I personally found the camera positioning very awkward, due to the speed of movement I often had to fall into a cliff. But in general I liked the game!
