I also had this problem with my Godot game and I think I managed to fix it by setting my embedded resolution to an odd number.
Users can make sure they're in full screen.
That's great you put a leaderboard at then end. Made me want to retry to be in the top 10 haha

Not surprised you were having performance issues with the web build, I assume due to shader compilation issues with particles. I would suggest try converting any GPU-based particles into CPU-based particles.
