H&T is a high-paced action game where you hammer a bunch of evil confetti and try to protect your donut hole (what?)

The culinary world is a dangerous one. Amid the chaos, the bakery stands alone as the most cutthroat and merciless battlefield of them all. It would certainly be impossible to innovate and carve out a niche in such a violent market, right?

Not anymore! With the recent development of the Sprinkmin, biogenetically engineered creatures who are delicious as they are cute, we believe we’ve found the next game-changer for the patisserie industry.

As a flavor consultant, your job is simple: On your workstation you will find one of our patented foodstuffs, ready to be enhanced. We shall then periodically release a shower of Sprinkmin who, following their manufactured instincts, will attempt to bond with the food. It’s up to you to then use the tools given to you to properly sort and herd the Sprinkmin who pair best with the desired flavor profile.

Use your Magnifier, with its space-age display, to find the unwanted Sprinkmin. Then use your Hammer, with its innovative solid and heavy headpiece, to crush the undesirables. Flavor is everything in the culinary world! Show no hesitation, know no mercy! Make all your sweet dreams come true!

Do not attempt to communicate with the Sprinkmin, they are all liars.

I loved the gameplay, the colors and audio. The intro could have a skip button. Really good game!

Pretty fun game! I think the idea behind it is nice, and I like how cute everything is! I found it a bit difficult to react fast enough. Also nice music!

Love the hammer shake and main menu UI;
level with the burger was kind of impossible for me and sitting through the briefing every time to try again
Otherwise really nice!

Super cute art style, the music and sound design fit perfectly. The hammering is satisfying, but I feel like there should be an option to turn off or at least scale down the screen shaking, it gave me a bit of a headache but could just be me! Great entry overall, very humorous and creative :D

Buttery smooth art style and hammering!

Would be nice to be able to skip or speed up dialog displaying by hammering the table or something, even though the writing is funny.

The magnifying glass is neat but it doesn't do much, as the Sprinkmins can be identified by color. Would be interesting to have some slower levels where more types have the same color and you need the zoom to identify the sour ones before smashing.

One of the best game so far, everything works together perfectly, art, audio, gameplay. I like how difficulty curve goes up right away after first round, dont need to play boring tutorials for long time.

I love pressing the hammer!
I didn't notice that I needed to skip some germs.
The dead splash creates noise, so it's hard to see.
Please make it full screen for html.

The hammer feedback is awesome!
Great work, I love the style and the gameplay. Super juicy.

In my first game I crushed all the bacteria. It was only afterwards that I realized I had to leave some of them alive.

I love it! the art is beautiful and well made, the sounds and game feel are great, and it's a super cool and unique gameplay idea for this theme! the main mechanics are super simple but feel satisfying, which is perfect for a small jam game. ^^ good job!

very polished and colorful game, it felt really super smooth to play. the idea is simple but very well executed, it was fun and rapidly getting out of control for me, but it was really exciting to play!

Super cute! I love this, the art is so nice and the sound is so good, I love the stamp sound and the screen shake for the hammer, its so satisfying to click I just wanna hammer everything. It took me a minute to realise I had to only squash the ones marked on the side but I think I missed the text that explained it, really fun little cute game, I love it ^^

Really fun! Very good job on how using the hammer feels and thank you for letting me spam it while the executive explains our results! It was a bit difficult for me to distinguish the colors easily with the already smashed confetti and the moving one so I did not manage to go very far, but I really enjoyed my experience

Graphics are nice and the hammer impact feels satisfying!

PS. What's up with all the bold words in your description? Makes the text a little hard to read.

Very good! The unskippable dialog was a bit annoying, and I wish the magnifying mechanic was more used - I found myself mostly just relying on color. But cool overall

From the get-go, this hammer is plain 'ol satisfying to use and feels real physical. The artwork is super cute and just gushes with charisma. A lot of love went into the sound mix, I like the little voice clips and the OST is a banger.

Took a minute to realize that not all of the confetti is bad, so our company at one point was worth $300. Ah well, the FDA won't suspect a thing with such little evidence of meddling anyway. :doughnut:

Fantastic art style, love the color palette and cute drawings! The magnifying glass is a neat idea, and the rumble when you use the hammer is very satisfying.

I will say, the magnifying glass feels a little too tucked away for a UI element that's key to playing the game successfully; I found it hard to both look at the glass to identify if a Sprinkmin was a correct target and then look back in time to catch the next targets. But perhaps that's part of the challenge, idk.

Overall really well done! Adorable game!

I ADORE this game. the graphics, the audio, the polish (I was smashing the hammer randomly between levels just because). it's also a really funny game. Very well done, my favorite from the jam.

I wish there was a way to skip the briefing - after you read it once, there is no need to see it again if you are retrying the level because you lost your shareholders thousands of dollars with your inefficient hammering  .

Hammering feels satisfying and the sfx are just superb. It's a very cool interpretation of the theme! I'm a bit sad for the Sprinkmin - some of the good ones get crushed all the time, as they hang out too close to the bad ones. That has to violate some Sprinkmin rights! **Freedom for all Sprinkmin**! :candy:

Hammering feels so satisfying. I found myself hammering to the beat during the briefings bc I liked to use it so much haha

I somehow missed the explanation at first and lost the company tons of money, oops. But after paying a bit more attention I finally beat the game. Humor was on point btw :D

Cute style and very fun to play :)

Very nice visuals and presentation, everything moves and play smoothly. The magnifying glass is a great touch. Might be a me problem, but honestly got a bit overwhelmed by the gameplay and wasn't sure exactly which colors and shapes to hit and which not by the second level already lol. Still, some very nice stuff!
