Do you think adding a fast forward button would help?
and yes the last few minutes are the best^^
As INFJ I got ENFJ which is close :D
I really enjoy art!

I really like this game. A lot of abilities and enemies types for just 3 days, and that variety is really nice.

Really good job!
Good game!
@clema YOOOO ENTP gang here! Yea that was a lot of coding to do...TvT
@splittheatom Thank you for your comments. Glad you like our interpretation of survivors-like ^^
@tiberiusuciu HAHA that's the healer ISFJ, meaning you are a super caring and considerate person <3
Thank you! I’m also very satisfied with how we’ve combined the personality test with combat.
This is exactly my design intention! Since this is a personality-themed game, unlike other survivor games, I don’t really want to test the player’s ability to optimize skill builds. Instead, I want players to follow their own inner thoughts when answering the questions. No matter what they choose, they will end up becoming very powerful (in different letter-related abilities).
Of course, this approach does reduce the game’s replayability to some extent. We are considering adding features in future versions to increase replay value without disrupting this theme XD.

Thank you for playing!
Regarding your last sentence—I think so too! I’m an example myself. My friends in real life all think I’m an F type, while my friends who play games with me online think I’m a T type XD. When we play games, we might put on different personality masks lol."
Let me know if you need any adjustments!
Anyway, other than that, it was really cool, nice graphics, mechanics and audio. A good rating for me. Good job to the team (and I like the game jam fear backstory behind haha)
We are considering adding a post-jam update with an optional "revive" button so everyone can get to the end... will update you when it's done!
Now, which answer will give me the stronger build? :)
Very nice arcade feeling, with visual effects, damage number popping out... I love it!
What you can improve:
- it's too long, you should halve the duration of the game
- I know these kind of games are super hard to balance but you get overpowered too quickly
- the stats upgrade depending on your answers is a cool concept, but it feels a bit odd while playing the game because you have no idea how answering will impact your gameplay
Yes we found it hard to balance in two dimensions. First is to balance the difficulties between different player group. Players good with action(especially survivors-like) games tend to think this is too easy, while others struggle to get to the end. The second dimension is to balance the actual game play VS the concept of "All personalities can succeed", which we def found a lot work there still needs to be done.
Thanks again for your feed back and I hope you stay tuned for future updates ^^
You also managed to nail the experience of a survivors-like including the sense of progression towards OP, which I can imagine can be especially hard to balance in a game jam game. I didn't struggle too much (P and some lifesteal helped with that) and by the end I became STRONG, but I always felt the need to keep moving and avoid projectiles, which is good. Perhaps I did miss the occasional feeling of facing a horde filling the screen, but I'm being greedy now.
Graphics and music also worked really well, and I love how the player themselves change according to the temporary result (a nod to Brotato, perhaps?).
This was my "truth" build. I got INTP, as I expected, but now I'm really tempted to fake the answers and experiment with other configurations:

A couple of suggestions:
* As I mentioned before, I kept the focus on P and it carried me through the game :sunglasses: ... or perhaps I'm just imagining it. It would be nice to see the DPS contribution for all the "letters".
* On a similar note, it could be cool to see the temporary result when you lose.
Five well-deserved stars from me. Congrats!
Thank you for playing our game :D
Yes, it would definitely be great to see the DPS contribution of each letter!
We also need to optimize the defeat screen: Since players might not have had enough time to collect all the letters or the sample size might be too small before being defeated, the results might not be very accurate. That's why we didn't implement it in the jam version.
Thank you for playing! I'm sorry the bug caused you trouble. I think I know the reason behind it, and we'll fix it in future versions!

Also I just want to say that I played your game for this jam and the one in LD54 and I love those! I am personally a big puzzle game fan and I would love to connect and see if there might be collab opportunities ^^
