The gameplay is really smooth, even though I was dying a lot the first couple times I played. It fits the summoning theme super well obviously, and is one of the better uses of the theme I've seen. The graphics are really fun, there's something instantly recognizable about it. Sound design is also great, I think it could work even in an endless arcade mode with just a little bit more variation. Same goes with the gameplay, I think you've got a great set up for a deeper game with progression and customization and even story if you wanted to go that route. I had a lot of fun playtesting it!
