Hope you enjoyed the game ^^
I liked the art style and general premise, together with the calm soundtrack. A quite polished presentation in terms of the chosen style.
What was a bit harder was to see the bold words in the diary due to the font style. Puzzling the words/colors wasn't always an easy task as some had close related meanings(for me?). Not having any kind of hint/feedback on what I have already right made it harder to guess at times. Maybe an option would be a sketch mode (easy?) where each correct item ads parts of the current element as sketch, resulting in the final full colored one once all items are right.
I don't understand that I must choose. But I like this idea)
Thank you for your remark and for playing my game
To answer your question, the game will automaticaly check if your choice is correct. So if nothing happens, there is something wrong in your selection.
PS: The order of the words is not important
Can I help you in any case ?
With @alexis-brochec, your are not the only one to make this kind of remark about difficulty and progression visibility. My apologize for this. My girlfriend made me the same feedback but unfortunately, I was running out of time
Next time, i will try to do better!
Thank you again!
Answer files are available now on download in your respective languages. Do not hesitate to use them if your are stuck
I did find that I didn't really know what to do at first though, perhaps that was just me.
But I did find how to arrange stuff eventually.
Thanks @ldrow, happy to know you take a good time playing my game
I love Rusty Lake, that's a nice compliment
I'm happy to know you enjoyed my little story
Yeah, a butter with a jet pack is clearly the best crossover we could make!
For your remark, yes you are right: I'm not good enough in English on the one hand, and on the other hand I ran out of time. So I had to trust google translate... Sorry for that :worried:
Anyway, i hope you enjoyed my game  Thank you again
Sorry about the bad translation but i'm happy to know you had a great time anyway
I'm sorry about the quality of translation but i'm happy to know you enjoyed the game and the story
We had similar interpretion of the theme?! Interresting! I'm curious to see how you executed it  I will try it !
Thank you again for your comment!
Choosing memories and colors to paint is very innovative, I haven't seen anything like this before. That being said I think the bolded hints, thoughts/memories words and journal definitely need another pass and more work. There were only couple layers where you could reasonable solve the riddle, but many hints or memories were counterintuitive or even misleading. I saw in comments that you didn't have enough time for text polish, and that's understandable, after all you did participate in 48h Compo, not 72h Jam.
I compiled a list of suggestions and feedback for each layer, but I don't want to paste it here to save spoilers for others. If you would like me to send it to you, and perhaps if you needed help with English translations and polish I could gladly help. I followed your Twitter, so reach out if you need anything.
Sorry for thé delay, I'm on holiday for now
I usualy have my girlfriend to help me for translation but that was impossible this time, she has something to do. But I would be very happy to know your suggestion, do not hesitate to contact me via Twitter
Thank you again for this lovely comment !
