Count the votes of citizens present at the assembly.
Votes are cast by show of hands.

But there are rules! The current rules are displayed before and during each round.

Click/tap on citizens to count their vote
It is your responsibility to count all valid votes, whether in favor or against.

The rules may require or forbid wearing pants or shoes. Additionally, a specific hair color or the color of the toga may be required or forbidden.

Receive points for valid votes counted, lose points for invalid or missing votes.
If the end result (in terms of decision of the vote) is wrong, the game is over.

Controls

  • Click/Tap: Count vote
  • P: Pause game
  • F10: Toggle fullscreen

Well done. Will be fun to have left click and right click to count the two different type of vote :)

Ha! It took me several playthroughs to see the pun in the name.

Fun idea and the music supported the atmosphere well.

Sometimes because of 3-D view, citizens would stack behind each other, making them difficult to see or click.

"What say you in the matter of banishing all women? ...Excuse me, are you wearing PANTS? Get out of my courtroom."

Nice job on this one!

Nice job! Simple but effective. The audio was fun, and I like the mood. Maybe a bit easy as is, but I could see it getting quite difficult with more rules in place. Good luck!

Cool concept! Loved the art style with 2D texture but with 3D stylings, nice touch with the sirtaki haha
Would have loved to have a button to dismiss the bad voters to get even more points
Something like left-click: vote and right-click: kick.
Anyway good job!

The music combined with the art and animations was very good. The gameplay was simple but required full focus. After the first few levels it didn't really become any more difficult, it was really the same level over and over. So maybe the game should have ended at like level 10.

Nice relaxing yet addictive game play. The music gets on my nerves after a while but I love the muttering and the humour in it all. Well done!

Cool entry! It did overstay its welcome a little as the levels take a very long time. But that's a problem for all endless games so it's fine :D I would've loved to see more difficulty/rules over longer levels.

Loved the mood of this game, with the music and the ramblings and their happiness when clicked. Pretty satisfying :D

Good job!

"Fun entry! I particularly enjoyed the goofy audio and music. The rules confused me for a while, especially distinguishing between 'not valid' and 'not voting,' but they did create a good mood. Nice job!

Democracy in its finest form. Good job on this one.

Maybe add changing rules while counting is going on

I could play for hours with that music! So catchy! I was confused at first with the ! as it usually means "not" in software dev it meant "mandatory" here. But I can't complain it was well explained , and the crosses were clear. Really nice game ! :)

I love the visuals and design, but I gotta admit that I'm really bad at this game lol. Still great game and design!

That was super fun! That was a really clever idea and right when I thought "eh this is a little too easy" it got real complicated with the 3-set rules! I only got to level 5 before messing up a vote by 1.

Some of the rules around hair color were a bit hard for me though, especially brown vs black hair. Maybe if they had different hairstyles that could help a bit!

I really liked the game! It was simple yet challenging. The graphics were great, and the music was a nice touch to really set the atmosphere in combination with the graphics.

After stage 4 or so the game does start to get a bit too long-winded, as it doesn't get more complex, only longer. It would've been great if each odd stage would introduce another slot for the constraints. Also, on my first attempt my developer brain saw '!pants' as 'no pants'. Fool on me for not properly checking the intro screen :P

It was a fun game, but little complicated to me

The first notes of the Sirtaki already brought a smile to my face, but then when the voters came waddling in I had to laugh out loud haha. I also like how happy the little men become when selected and the weird voice acting.
Had a lot of fun, while singing the rules of the current vote to the music.
It could take quite a while before the first voter in the right outfit would show up. The stages were a bit too long, and I wish they would get faster when I got further. I got to stage 11, and then decided I should get back to work. ;)

Overall, well done!

very cute! i feel as though our games have some similarities :)

i like how you can correct your mistake by intentionally miscounting votes in order to not fail the level. cool game!
