@sodoj - Your kind words are much appreciated. The main menu UI is so often a neglected part and I did not expect it to work so good myslf to be honest.
@derile - thanks for taking the time to play it :)
@owenmdvd - I agree. It needs to be more dynamic so that it can be played over and over with a different experience everytime. Was thinking of maybe a Roguelike approach.
@zevsehg - I think your right. Maybe need to spend some time making the summons more affective and the shooting less to change the way the summons impact the game.
@congusbongus - We did plan on having different enemies which would change as the waves went on and also a boss fight once the portals were destroyed all destroyed. However, as we all know, things have to go due to time contraints. Now we have time to work on it i think we will spend some time inplementing them and see what sticks.
Again thanks for all the kind workds and quality feedback.
Just beat it TWICE because it was fun and fast :)
I am not sure what is the danger of summoning spiders nor how much they help you, but hey! I had a blast :P
And the humour in the description gave me chuckles, nice one :)
Small piece of advice; Look into turning off compression/filtering on the pixel art assets in unity, since that'll get rid of the weird blurriness around some of the sprites.
Overall, really nice work! You should be proud! ^^
