After a long year of hard work doing your witchery, it is time for a vacation! and nothing is better than a nice fishing vacation! so grab your rod, your bait. Wait, your bait... looks like you forgot something. Good thing you are a witch, time to summon up some of your own bait!
controls
WASD to move
Space to interact/use item
F to drop item
B to open/close book
Esc to open menu
fishing
To be able to fish you have to find the fishing rod, then use one of the available bait and then you can start fishing by using your fishing rod.

Map size could also be a tad smaller.
Interesting concept though and with a bit more polish it would end up being pretty neat.

putting the name of the object next to the image would've helped to be sure what is what :(
I like the idea and the graphics thoough.
Overall, the game is clunky but the idea seems interesting. And I mean that as a net positive, game jams are for prototyping ideas, aren't they? Also, extra points for using Unreal, haha!
I have the impression that you were also inspired by the fishing theme haha The environment is really beautiful, the water is incredible!
THe whole thing looks super nice though! Maybe you could find ways to incentivize exploration more via gameplay, because you environments look super nice! Would have loved to enter the house.
