Crowded Mind by rsheepdv
* THE GAME MAY TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO LOAD *

Hold shift for 2 seconds, then release shift for 2 seconds to breathe, you can only breathe in white light. Breathing reduces your anxiety. Anxiety causes you to walk slower, and if it becomes too much you'll be consumed. Standing in darkness raises your anxiety. WASD to move, space to interact. Good luck!
(p.s there are 3 pages to collect in the second room)

I really want to like this, I think there are a lot of good ideas, but I couldn't exactly figure it out. And having to redo the tutorial every time got tedious.
This is a really cool interpretation of the theme! I'm a fan of the sprite work. Some SFX & Music would go a long way, but this is still really cool!
I probably have no right to say this given my own game has limited audio due to time constraints, But I think sfx(ex: breathing, muffled voices when the anxiety builds up) and BGM would really elevate the mood of the game.
You did a great job capturing the feeling of anxiety and panic attacks while utilizing the theme.
Could you provide a hint? Then I go back to the game and rate it : )))
Shift to breathe didn't respond properly all the time which was a bit of an immersion dropper.
Would have loved to get some audio in there - feel like it would have made all the difference for bringing the aesthetic together.
Well done!
