Awww such a meditative game! The music, and when added to pixel art graphics strangely gave me Chrono Trigger vibes from the start. I liked the combination of such puzzling yet calm gameplay. Oh, when I saw the mushroom at first I read that he doesn't like to be near other mushrooms and it sounded fun)) Ofc when I doubted my right reading, cause mushrooms are crowdy-lowing. It would be fun if there is someone who doesn't like to be near the same species. My map wasn't big, but it would be useful to have zoom to see it whole. The UI part looks a little bit out of overall style, especially right column with the info about things that are already at my map (and they are hard to read), but it's just a minor thing, all in all it's really nice game.
At first I got 16 scores, second time 23.

UPD: oh yea, 42 scores!

Incredibly incredibly cute art style! I love the little bits of bounciness. I really liked the gameplay, but I found the deck a bit unforgiving. I played several times and never got a lake! Perhaps this would be better if I played more so I understood the rarity better, but it made it kind of hard to reason about good placements. The music was incredibly fitting, the vibe was great. Would certainly play more if there was a post-jam release!

Really fun game! The artstyle is great with everything bobbing back and forth as well as the main menu being 2.5d and showing off the sprites in that perspective. Music compliments the gameplay extremely well and it was fun to solve the likes and dislikes (got up to a score of 109 before I forced myself to stop or else I would be here for a very long time)

To be honest, I was pretty confused at first, but after a few tries, the game clicked and I started having a lot of fun, my highest score so far was 32. The slow and steady gameplay plus the mood, art and music go really well together.

Stunning pixel art mixed with a super chill vibe. Took a while to understand as there were many different pieces but really well put together. I would say maybe making some of the text easier to read with better contrast would help.

So cozy! I love the vibe and chill strategy. The beginning is quite rng dependant, but that's okay. Scores are also pretty secondary, I only noticed them after playing 15 minutes already... Awesome game that makes time fly by, good job :)

I'm at a score of 112 (and still going) a way to navigate the map easier would be helpful

Fantastic game! Very warm and homy
I wish there was a retry button, I've got 3 unhappy homes and lost a game by just moving a single one :see_no_evil:

Very neat art - utterly charming! I had a hard time figuring out what to do, and the text was a little small, but I eventually got some points. Nice work!

What an awesome entry. The mood and atmosphere is perfect, and the gameplay is interesting and really makes you think! I think there may have been a few bugs around the like/dislike detection, but for a jam that is to be expected  I managed to get a score of 22. Keep on making games!

A really cute game) Art and music create nice and chill atmosphere! I'm no tactical genius (and dont usually play simular games), but I appreciate that key mechanic of the game is on the theme. I think it would be even more cool if it had combos of buildings - but that's probably if you want to continue developing this project)

Great job!

my kingdom for a pond!

nice game concept. I would like if there was some game side prediction on what's physically feasible so I could feel more like I lost because I played badly and not because I was repeatedly forced to take pieces that require a lake and no lakes ever showed up. Really nice the art and the vibe and the core concept, I think it just needs a bit of balancing. or maybe I just need to get good
