This game looks like it had (a lot of) potential. Right now it feels empty and incomplete, and the control and scrolling feels jump and inconsistent. Maybe pull it out and enter the Jam after more work? Love the graphics, by the way.

Enjoyed the day/night cycle, but boy was it dark in the night!

Nice sound effects, that attack sound was really effective, gave me gooseprickles without even needing to see the spider. The artwork is enchanting too, nice job!

I really like this wish you were able to do more. The GUI in corner look great. And audio is on point.

Honestly, I probably would have had less fun with it if the attack wasn't completely unlimited. The fact I could mash to fling the spider around the screen like a psycho actually made it more fun.

I really like the graphics and audio, I would love to see the mechanics and gameplay expanded upon in the future!

Graphics are great, definitely a good idea, just needs more content, and smoother controls.

Juicy controls & nice music. Game got a bit dull when I ran out of snails though. Nice work :)

That's a dark night. Game looks nice and interesting. Shame there's no more content and possibilities. Other than that - great job!

Great concept, and well done assists, as others have expressed, the only thing lacking a little mechanics and control polishing and some more content. Well done.

I really like the somber music, and the sound effects are really creepycrawly. Nice UI elements! The collision felt a little rough as the spider got stuck on the walls.
Maybe the level is a little simple layout-wise, but overall nice work and nice graphics!

This is pretty good for a first-time LD! Loved the creepy movement and sounds of the spider paired with the music box-type music.

Great effort. Nice art and fun to attack things. Like others said above, more to do and smoothing out bumping into walls etc would help a lot. Keep going!

I like the atmosphere, time-day loop and how spider's eyes glow in the dark. Bit of gentle lightning would have great impact on mood. But,... what happens when munch all the snals? I'd love to play a bit longer :)

Great graphics. Great job on your first attempt at music, sounds great! Movement/collisions were a little sticky, but no biggie.

Great sound and graphics. Animation looks good too. The UI works well. Supporting day/night is an old school RPG element that can be used effectively.

Woefully too short but I like the concept. I love how the lighting changes for the day/night cycle (although the ambient light during the night could be a bit brighter) but it seems to lack extra content.
