Cursed Monster Baby by vlamaster
I wouldn't call it a game, more of a prototype. Aprox. 1.5 night of work.
Story:
You are a cursed boy, who was exiled from his hometown because of his uncontrollable power. But every power comes at a cost of pain and suffering.
Your goal is to find cure from the curse and return back to your hometown.
Things I managed to implement:
- Proc level generation
- A couple of enemy types
- A mini boss
- Power/Curses system (proof of concept)
Things I haven't been able to add:
- Sound
- Power/Curses system (more stuff)
- loot/equipment/upgrades/inventory
Looking forward to continue working on this game after the compo.

I felt that actually engaging in combat was a little lackluster, though, unfortunately. It didn't feel like there was quite enough audio/visual feedback when enemies or the player got hurt.
I am planning on expanding this game after compo.
Many things I wanted to implement are not yet in the game since I had no time to finish this entry.
