I would describe this game as bizarre in both good and bad ways. The premise is really cool, but the execution feels really awkward in practice. I like the concept of either having awkward, limited movement OR needing a special ability to see the environment around you, but I think the combination of both just feels too limiting and tedious, since you can only do one at a time. The locator ability and the dark environment sort of gave me a horror game vibe, but that wouldn't work with the damage and awkward movement, since the only real danger to you, the player, is yourself. Cool idea, but personally I would've liked the challenge or danger to be something different.

agree with @dovodx.
This game was hard to play.
Took a while to work out how to move, but also what an why I was moving.
looks good though. Nice one

I thought the concept was engaging but I kept killing myself without getting very far in the second level so I eventually gave up. It was neat to realize I could use psi blasts to knock obstacles out of the way, though.

@dovodx Thank you for your feedback, indeed the implementation is far from ideal. Initially, the Psi-explosion was conceived as a directed flow, and not an explosion in different directions, which may be why it is not so convenient to move(
Regarding the dangers, the idea was that the location objects would cause danger, but in the result it didn’t work out that way(

I really liked how you played the theme. its both limited space for the brain and limited space in the room. Psi blast - kickass ability XD Good job!

I'd agree with the above about movement being a little awkward, however the aesthetic was nice, and it felt like there was scope to make something quite fun from this

Interesting, very moody! While I didn't die too much, death seemed a bit random when it happened. Maybe just getting around could be challenge enough or maybe it just needs some polish like a clearer health system. Also I'm not sure if the second level exit is bugged. I got to it twice but both times the brain just went passed it and into empty space for eternity.

Really compelling mechanic, felt good to move around the space. The sound was gross at points, I hope my brain doesn't sound like that sloshing around up there  . Great jam!

Hard to play, I died twice in the second level and I don't really know why. The idea is interesting, but the gameplay is too floaty.

I kinda got the idea, but as previously mentioned movement was awkward. Nicely done "HP bar" as box crumples, it adds to mood.

The only thing I have to say about this is that it's extremely hard. It's difficult enough just to move around, especially if the brain isn't facing in the direction you want to go in; I often ended up barely moving at all, or ricocheting off a wall and back to where I started, or spinning around to face the wrong way. Then there's the fact that you can't see where you're going, then there's the fact that moving in the wrong way damages you, then there's the furniture blocking your way that's really hard to shift (partly for the aforementioned reasons)...

The graphics are good (especially the visible damage building up over time), and the sound effects are creepy, but the gameplay itself just feels a little too frustrating to enjoy, sadly.

The movement felt really weird to me, almost like the blasts weren't
pushing on the jar's center of mass. The thing would absolutely refuse to
roll, preferring instead to skid along its main axis or tip end-over-end. Was this intentional?

The sound design worked quite well, I think, and the monochrome visual aesthetic was an interesting choice.

I read the comments and I also found it very difficult, but I believe that in this case you tried to make everything as strange as possible. That's very different, but at the end there was a table or something similar in front, I don't know how I could get past there. But it's very different from everything

That's some strange game :)
Quite difficult, it seems that i kept getting stuck on invisible wall sometimes. And it's really hard to get back when stuck in a corner :/
