4/10 Update: So uhhh, apparently the game gives some folks a black screen. Which isn't good. We can't figure out what the problem is, so we just went back into Godot and made a new build. Hope v4 works. We also deleted the old DMG file and replaced it with one that has a more appropriate name for MacOS.

This is a really nice looking game. I like the animated customers, and the background music and placement SFX were really well done and hew to the restaurant theme. As for gameplay, I found myself frustrated by not having a lot to do once the tables were laid out. It's a lot of watching the simulation play out, which is interesting, but I was bummed I couldn't interact with my setup. I was also unsure if I was winning or losing at given point. But it's definitely got a cool vibe!

Neat idea of using the theme of limited space.

I think you could have made the space inside a bit bigger and added some levels with forced obstacles to engage the player a bit more. I'm also a little confused on where the customers spawn so it's hard to make any sort of design.

Unfortunately I can't get your game to work on my laptop (I have windows), it just shows the black screen when run, even though the music is playing :( I did download that .dmg file and put it in the folder with the game just in case and run the game as administrator, not sure if I can do anything else?

@kanity I'm not sure what's actually wrong. I redownloaded the game from the site and it worked fine. Maybe try removing the .dmg file, because that's for mac (sorry for the confusion). You're also not the only one, so I'm not blaming you, i just honestly don't know what the problem is. We went and uploaded a new version freshly built and tested, so maybe that'll solve things?

Love the idea, and the the music makes it very cozy. Its a fun game to play around with, but without a goal it feels very lacking. Adding levels with obstacles or progressively earning more tables would be neat!

Interesting concept, I think if there can be a much shorter and more straightforward tutorial level before the actual circle restaurant would be much better. Right now some customer who keep going out seems wired for player. overall Well done!
