Holy moly look at all these craaaaaaazy robots!

Wow, I sure hope they're friendly. Buuuut in case they're not, let's pick up that convenient laser gun. Maybe there will be other items to find too! Maybe they'll make big ol' BOOMS! But be careful, these weapons are HOT and this ol' space platform is a little rickety. Wouldn't want to blow too many holes in it or we might just run out of space!

Oh wow this one was a lot of fun! I didn't realize even the ground was destructible until I fought a bug to the death on a tile next to me and then suddenly I was falling through the void. Managed to make it to the last enemy on round 10 using a grenade launcher and a basic gun as my loadout, it was a fun realization that it was easier to break the tiles below the big guys instead of fighting them directly, but the map was so hard to navigate by the last wave that I fell through on my way to the last enemy. It died shortly after I did, so I'm counting it. Good job!

An interesting arena shooter, looks like you ran out of time with a few things (enemy projectiles/etc), I had to try a few times because the game crashed with "Fatal Error" when the buildings were being destroyed - guessing that's just a hardware issue on my end though.
Nice work!

Really cool game! It's a lot of fun to play, the crumbling ground mechanic is a lot of fun and it makes it super hectic as you go along. I did get softlocked on one of the later waves since once of the enemies was too far away for me to shoot or get to, but that may have been a skill issue on my end for splitting the map ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Having the platforms hang around after being destroyed was fun. Tried to jump on a few, but they were finnicky. Good game :)

Game looks really fancy. It maybe ran a bit slow on my machine.

Gameplay wise my main complaint is that you have to keep clicking to shoot. When I got two equal guns on each hand I was trying to press both buttons at the same time and it was a bit tricky :)

Pretty fun that the level keeps falling apart as you play :)

I have a quite good laptop: RTX 3060, AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, 16 GB RAM

However your game lag A LOT on my machine. Either that or you have so much motion blur that it is unplayable for me.

Unfortunately I am not able to play even a full round.

Let me know if you make an updated version with a "toggle low settings and motion blur off" button and I will be happy to try it again as this seem super fun to play!

@togis Thanks for the feedback! As far as I know, we don't have motion blur enabled, so it's probably just the other performance related settings.

I went ahead and added a quality toggling menu on the start screen, it should be available under the "(Updated version)" download option on the itch.io page. Just FYI, this updated version also includes a few small post-jam improvements we made (mostly just nicer particle effects and balance tweaks), but otherwise should be comparable. I hope you're able to give it another try! :)

Thanks for the quality toggle menu, the game works much better for me now and it's really fun to play.

I manage to crash the game at wave 7 fighting the big robot, I think I shot one of his "void" bullet, but it may be unrelated.

Thanks! First time implementing sfx in unreal which was a fun learning curve. Took a break on Saturday to lay down a soundtrack and have some fun haha. I appreciate it!

Thanks for this Mech's game. I encountered a bug once : the mech can't jump anymore. Didn't figure how to quit.
Good theme interpretation nice game

Think it's hard to say what the game would be like without the high-quality robot models. That being said, I think the physics of destroying the platforms was pretty well done, really fun to watch an exploded section float away. Equipping multiple weapons was neat. Nice job putting everything together, it was fun to play!
