That's what he said to me.
I don't remember where we were. Just "brightness".
That's what he said to me before he left.
Who?
I... Don't know.
He never looked back at me, yet he seemed so oddly familiar.

Sadly, I stumbled upon a bug. After receiving the knife during the fourth delivery, all UI is lost, and therefore it is impossible to progress further.
Maybe I'll try again later. I'll let you know if I run into this issue again.
The resource management was really well balanced. Only at the end I started running out of water and I tried to save anything I could. I was probably a bit too stingy, because I thought that the scarcity would also apply to ammo, so I barely used the gun.
The colorscheme, audio design and graphics played really well together. Serial Experiments Lain came immediately to my mind when I heard the electric humming lol
1. The player character sprite reminds me of the simpler days of Pokemon RBY/GSC.
2. The mechanics were straightforward and easy to understand.
3. The atmosphere was great.
4. Good sound effects.
Things that I would love to see improved:
1. Background music of some variety. If it was there, I wasn't able to hear it.
2. Some grammatical errors.
3. Correct updates as to what's in your inventory. I helped save a cat, and got an apple! Great. I actually got 2, which while being a pleasant surprise, changed how I was planning to proceed with item consumption.
Great work!
Gameplay wise I feel like the game ask me a to answer or do a lot of things, but in the end only a few of them are meaningfull choices (either the best option is very obvious, like better weapon, or no way to tell which one goona be better). I think I would have liked either less interactions or more meaningfull choices, but that may very well be my own taste not shared by others.
I really like art and music.
I also have to say the story was a bit ... strange(?) in the end but still enjoyed it :). The game had a ton of stuff in it, impressive you got so much done! Good job!
