Yours always, Delittah by alyd asmar
You are Delittah, and every autumn, you come to the village in the trees to try and alleviate some of the troubles that those moving beings keep on making.
Too bad writing yourself is so tiring! You can only manage to send yourself to one of them each day.

We couldn't find your page
The art is fantastic and the sound design is really comfortable to listen to. I love that the characters feel alive.
Great job!
P.S. I dont want to be a nitpicker or anything, but one has to be abit careful with swearing, so maybe it can help to add on the page, that it includes "swearing", tho thats really not a big deal, just pointing towards it ^^
Well done !
Well done
I... just couldn't quite figure out... what I was, though? I am apparently a being that 'sends myself' to people I can watch? And apparently the things I can eat include apples, feathers, and leaves? Am I the tree? Am I the letters? Am I a person? Am I some kind of divine or spiritual entity, or a figure from like a legend or myth I'm supposed to already know? What about my nature makes it so that I 'return every autumn'? It feels like there's a lot of context or lore I'm missing!
The quality-of-life features were pretty great, though. Very happy that I could fast-forward text by clicking a second time.
I wish I could have just- written letters to each of them, rather than having to pick whose story I got to see in its entirety. I'm not sure what the choice adds to the game and by dividing my attention between the three tree-dwellers I felt like I couldn't get a full understanding of any of them.
Overall, though, great work!
You can all be really proud of this entry, great job!
One confusion for me was the backstory, who/what I was and why I was sending letters and eating things before. but the idea of channelling certain feelings into the letter was really cool!
I mostly chose Kazzie's story though because it felt like she needed it most, I'm not sure how the others develop over time but I did not especially feel like I could bring them something. But all 3 characters were really cool and I'm really impressed with the overall game. Congratulations!
You did a great job in three days, congrats <3
Like some other commenters I was a bit confused of what "I" was in the game but I like the ambiguity
!> it felt like the three items were things you'd encounter living in the tree and "sending yourself" would make the recipient stumble upon the object, eliciting the feelings represented by the object, but that goes against the characters stating that they received a physical letter :D
Implementation-wise I thought it was smart to separate the replies into two feelings, each corresponding to one paragraph to make the combinations. Great experience all around!
Learning about the people was intriguing. I was a little confused if what I chose to send them had an impact? But It was a nice relaxing game to sit back to.
Though the word f. could be left out for me it didnt match with the artwork XD
But thats me.
Thank you for making this game.
Your art and music were quite nice though.
And you're right about reading everybody's thougths but not being able to send them letters, it can be frustating or overwhelming, we're working on that too!
@twowolf Indeed, choices do have an impact on the character storylines, but we didn't have enough time to make that very clear for the player, so it's very normal that you had this concern  Thank you for your comment, we're glad you still liked the game!
@jona-scheidig @boeruchan Oh wow, we didn't think that swearing might be a problem at all! Probably because we're French and swearing is a lot more normal here. We'll make sure to be careful about this in our future games  Thanks a lot for the comments!
@samoussa We were so glad to read your comment about our game!! At some point during the jam we had doubts about whether some people would actually profit from the replayability, so... at least one person did :smile_cat:
@zerovirus @adele-illustration I guess I have to tell you this story: actually, we pitched the game as "you play a letter that has to choose who they visit every day", but after 2 hours of developing the concept, our GD was like: "Wait...... when all of you say _you are the letter_... you really mean it??? but everyone is going to be sooo confused"   and then it became a running gag during the whole jam that nobody was going to understand what the main character was  So, yeah... that's why you were confused I guess. Thank you for the comments
As for the impact, there is one, but it is very light for now. We have planned on adding more event corresponding to what you've sent them and thus create full narrative arcs, also edit the text of the events depending on how you made them feel with your letters. Thanks for playing ~
Having the characters interacting is really something we want to implement!! Although we wrote some meeting events we sadly didn't have time to implement them in the game yet, but in future updates we hope to make it happen 😃😉
I wasn't sure that it would be consistent to write the letters with the combining system, thus I'm glad you liked the feature ~
We're working on a final version we would like to release at the end of the jam 💌
I wasn't really sure what my role and goal were. Maybe it was just me, but it was a bit hard to understand what the consequences of sending and not sending letters to the people were.
However I like the idea and had fun playing :)
Also I like your running gag how the main character was developed xD
Typical jam move!! Great job though it’s evident that you’ve had a lot of fun making this game!
@adele-illustration Haha, yes, exactly 😉 True, we did have some fun... and lack of sleep!! Typical jam move, too 😥
I hope you both enjoyed your time playing the game 💌
I was a little confused on how exactly my choices impacted things, but I loved reading everything! The writing is very good! I could see myself spending endless hours in a world like this.
One of my favorite games so far!
