BEWARE OF ARMAGEDDON!

Pick the pizzas in the pizzeria and deliver to hungry clients. If you late, they will cancel the order and reduce your rating. Be fast enough to deliver HOT pizza and client will love it and adds a star. The faster and hotter pizza you'll deliver, the more Tips you'll get.Earn 10000 (ten thousand) dollars to buy a car and escape this burning hell.

Controls:

  • WASD / Arrows – Navigation
  • SPACE – Shop
  • R - Restart Game (you can also use it to jam music)

I Like this one. Simple mechanics, but fast-paced and tense. Just about the right level of balance to get the win-condition before it gets too tricky, as well.

Super fast and hectic, loved it! Had a bit of a hard time keep count of how many pizzas I was carrying due to how fast everything was going.

Really cool idea / execution. Easy to figure out. Loved the fast paced / frantic puzzle game feel. Found it too easy to "just play one more game" over and over.

Maybe it was because the music's an absolute banger.

Graphics were good it and the sound effects gave solid feedback while making the apocalypse feel appropriately chunky.

I was forced to choose between sacrificing a cold pizza to someone who had waited patiently, to give a hot pizza to a new order that would tip me better. Such are the cold realities of pizza delivery during the apocalypse. Great music, and struggled to stop playing!

@tempestcognitor thank you for honest review! I agree, not giving enough agency for player to choose which pizza to deliver. But yeah, you're right, the optimized reailities of such hot business!

Maybe I failed to notice something in the UI (game is pretty frantic) but sometimes it felt like i could do two deliveries before returning to the store and sometimes I could only deliver one, and I couldn't really predict if I could deliver twice in one go or not.

that said i liked it, it was fun, and the colors and sprites are great

@cheesepencil in the bottom-right corner you have current amount of pizzas on hands. Visiting pizzeria gives you pizza for active orders only, so you can't get pizzas in advance.

omg at first I thought it was a real time game and was gonna comment on how the meteors seemed unfair haha. (somehow managed to score decently as well on that run) Also couldnt buy a car when i did reach 10000 and above?
Very cute game that has a strong gameplay loop!

Frantic and fun game!
The music hyped me up to keep trying another round.

Like @cheesepencil above, I also was confused about for whom I had pizzas. But apparently, everybody wants the same type of pizza. :)

I was a bit confused by the shop/spacebar action, which I never got to use, I think I got to level 21 once.

Thanks @cureja, the game has major UX problem with buying a car in the end – but you can use direction keys to navigate to car item and buy with a space.

Cool game. Maybe the difficulty could increase a little bit more in the end. But I never get balancing right. So who am I to complain :D I did had fun playing to the end though. But now I wander what would have happened if I kept playing and didn't buy the car once I could ...

This is very well tuned, the difficulty started to become unmanageable just as I hit 10k on both my successful runs.

@noskro actually the difficulty changes with time, As you can see @alpacalypse mentioned, that it even balanced to have right difficulty right before the moment player gets enough money to complete a game. Thanks for your reviews!
