You are the Monster! by Rothens
The base idea was a Powerpuff Girls - like thing, where you are the monster who have to bring the city down, while you also have to fight with the millitary.
You can use your claws (left and right mouse button [you can also keep them pressed]), to damage property and millitary. They have a small "reload" time, so be wise when to choose buildings over millitary.
You can press R to restart.
It really has many things to do, but it's kinda working. I spent only around 17 hours with coding, so it really doesn't as finished as we'd like to be. The things that are working:
+ MUSIC! (It's made by HavocS, and I met him for the first time after 4 years of friendship :D )
+ sneaky tanks and helicopters (drawn by Shannen, she made an awesome work :) )
+ particles (big thanks to Hexal for messing with the particle editor so long :D )
+ differently coloured houses (the base image is by Shannen, the coloring, and the crappy coloring palette is made by my hands.)
+ increasing difficulty (It *should* be, but need more balancing..)
Things that I left out because of the lack of time:
- More particles (they are in the project, but needs some coding)
- TV Helicopter (also almost ready for use)
- Menu (We didn't even try to make a menu this time :D )
- Background picture (it has an abomination [made by me] for the lower part, but no sky)
- 3 skills (I had them ready, but commented out, because without UI gfx, they doesn't make any sense)
- UI <- this is what this game needs the most
Anyways, I really loved this project, and I loved to be with my friends =) I will make a post-jam version soon.
Additions in the current post-jam version:
+ 3 skills to burden some of the clicking-hell (first skill available from level 2)
+ UI for the skills

The good parts of the game were actually the sound and graphics. Also the connection to the theme was clear.
Sweet soundtrack too
The military is really easy to defeat, the helicopters are always visible and I really had to stop myself from crushing them, only to see that they didn't have an attack animation...
Destroying the buildings is awesome in a way, but it just takes forever - and the next level is like "oh, yeah, one more line of the same". I really love the tanks "hiding" between the buildings, but again, they are no real threat, as they deal even less damage than the helis.
All in all, I'd say that it's a bit unpolished, but is a good entry after all - especially for 17 hours only.
Helicopters were sneaky until I saw them.
Music was all right though!
(need some balance, easy until level 5, absurd after...)
My finger hurts!
