I had a really enjoyable experience with this game - there's nothing better than playing as a cat!! I love the art, but my favorite thing is the concept itself. I think it would be even more amazing if you have time later to polish the interactions and details (but what you've accomplished in such a short time is still super impressive!)

Absolutely adorable art! I was a little confused about the frogs hit box because I thought I would hit it but then it didn't show a hit flash. I was also not 100% sure I had beaten the game, but I got to the point where you beat the frog then the cat purrs on the chair.

Overall, the game looks good, but it's not clear how to attack this toad.

Games with cats is a win-win situation :)

The cat is funny and look adorable, but there isn't enough guidance for the frog's second phase? I couldn't figure out how to attack it, and I kept dying at that stage every single time...

Top-tier cat sounds! :) Interesting concept, but I didn’t realize at first that you had to deflect the tongue — so I just kept chasing the frog instead.

This was really fun! I really like the art and the mood. It feels like a fairly complete game, too, which is nice. It took me a little while to figure out what I was supposed to do in some places, but I got there. I love that the toad has anticipation in its animation so you know when it's going to attack.

I love games that let you play as a cat and this one is no exception. Nice use of the purring sounds. As others have pointed out, it wasn't clear you could deflect the toad's tongue.

The animations for the cat were awesome and I enjoyed the sfx too. Definitely had a lot of trouble with the post-fly phase as others mentioned but overall this was a very cute entry.

I really love this art style, it's so pretty! The frog's second phase was definitely challenging and I felt like the controls could maybe use just a little bit of polish, but other than that I think this is a great entry!

At first, I was drawn to the game's image and thought, "Hmm, this cat looks more like a pancake than a cat," but what if the game is much more interesting than it seems? And so it turned out. That crazy fight with the frog drove me crazy; I couldn't beat it when it stuck out its tongue. Anyway, the game is fun, I enjoyed breaking the cans.
P.S. PLEASE, never throw your pets out on the street, no matter how badly they behave!
