One thing that caused some strife (though it's not really on your hands) is keyboard limits on registering simultaneously held keys. It was pretty frustrating feeling like I could add another item onto my list and then be technologically incapable. It led to moments where I was capped out on keys, and was just waiting for the rest of the day to finish out.
