Such an atmospheric and immersive experience! The slightly tricky rover controls actually add to the mood. The graphics and sound design are fantastic, I really enjoyed it!

For some reason I can't rate your game, the rating stars just aren't there?

@bereg thanks for the kind words and feedback! I definitely need to make the controls better... I did some in-person playtesting last week at a local indie meetup and realized it's not very friendly to pick up so thanks for sticking with it

@cheeks thanks for playing! I think it might be since it's a Compo entry, while I see you submitted to the Jam.

A very spooky game - I don't think I've seen a Ludum Dare game capture that mood so well.

Unfortunately, I couldn't vote on your game (I did submit to Compo, but usually everyone who makes a game can vote on each other). Did you tick the "opt out of ratings" checkbox?

GAH @tesseract THANK YOU so much!! I don't know how I managed to check that!! I was so confused because I saw 1 rating but I must have somehow accidentally enabled it... thanks again for pointing it out!

And of course thank you so much for playing and for the kind feedback!!

Really into this! I like the addition of the post-it notes on the side of the screen keeping everything contextual. The atmosphere is really good here, and I love the sounds that you have made here, especially the collection sound. Great work!

The atmosphere is very nice! The graphics are really really impressive for a game in 2 days, the music is really nice, but the controls and the gameplay need to be improved.

I was scared something would jump out at me at every corner. Great job with the atmosphere! I was confused as to if there was a place to escape to.

Great mood and graphics. I couldn't figure out how to go much deeper (or at least my gauge didn't change much) and I keep waiting for some sort of threat or jump scare. Great vibes though and impressive entry in 48 hours with the immersive audio work.

Great game! I really like the atmosphere. I didn’t get very far, though—I struggled with moving using the right hand instead of WASD with the left 🙈

Cool game! It would have been nice to have a visual representation of your orientation, since going down seemed to be important. As it is it seems you need to just get your pitch close to -90. I liked the reveal of the creatures. At one point I thought the game was doing some space warping to trap you when you get below 9000m, but it turns out I was just disorientated XD

Controls actually become second nature after some minutes. Amazing atmosphere, great visual and audio design.

Controls deemed daunting at first but due to the reasonable turning rates, speed and spacious caverns they worked out in the end. Great hud and good usage of dynamics lights. I was expecting something tragic when the energy ran out :D

Great athmosphere. It reminded me The Void : https://www.gog.com/en/game/void_the
Maybe because of the sound of the cristals ?

The mood is great! Graphics and audio works extremely well with it. I can imagine there could be many secrets to discover, and many dangers hidden in the dark if you'd had more time for it! Very cool entry.

Wow, the atmosphere was really strong! When I first saw the control scheme I was a bit confused, but I felt like a pro after a couple of minutes. I also found the reason why the rovers dissappear 😅

Woah I liked this one a lot.
The atmosphere and gigantism of the area is so nice, alongside the controls that are just on the right balance of uncommon but still easy to use. Might be my favorite entry this jam.

Really moody entry! I liked the controls and the general premise of the game.

It would be even more fun if the core loop were a little more developed, perhaps by adding a bit more progression over time. It would also be cool to have a possibility to recharge your miner inside the mine, which would streamline the activity.

But overall, for a three-day jam, it's a really moody entry that was a lot of fun!

At first, I thought having so many keys would be a barrier, until I started exploring. Wow, it really gives me a lot of different sensations. I feel very flexible, and you have fully utilized the advantages of 3D! Congratulations!
