I like the different modes of playing when new body parts are collected. Great twist on the theme

Cool concept and nice use of the theme! The combat felt janky but I really liked the different animations you get as you collect more and more skeleton parts. Nice music as well =)

Looks cute, but I can't get past the jaw I can't move anymore, and most of the time I seem to spawn dead? Like, the 'wasted' texture is already fading in

@katastudios At the start, you need to grab the jaw before the screen goes completely dark, and there's a bug when you receive it. Just wait for the enemy to help you, lol :D

Very fancy animations and interesting with the different movement idea when losing the jaw! I also liked the fading to black while scrambling to get the jaw back as a health system!

The game is held back by its camera (walls obstruct view). I died stuck in a wall. I wish there were checkpoints; death is way too punishing currently. I liked the overall concept, and the audiovisuals are really good.

I really liked the graphics and animation.

I found the difficulty to be quite challenging because you have to manage to dodge enemies, even though some skeletal forms are very slow and easily disintegrate.

I was able to complete the game by using a trick: I stood at the edge of the transition from one room to another and finished off the enemies from that position.

wI really love the animation of the skeleton rolling on its head. I even think that after connecting the jawbone, I still prefer letting it roll. That rolling is just so smooth.

Fun animation! I struggled with the controls, but it's a neat idea. Keep developing it.

Okay, this type of game is easily 5/5 for theme and humor for me :D Combat is hard (but provides challenge). You put a great amount of work in differente modes of Mr. Boney which as core of this game is perfect. The soundtrack is charmingly engaging and complements silly graphics. We will never be slaves!

Fun visuals and music! Similarly to others, I get started with an insta-death and can't move or attack after getting the jaw, but otherwise my interest in this game is extremely piqued!

The idea is good but the implementation needs more work. I rather see the game allows me to continue after losing my jaw instead of failing.
Other than that, the combat is ridiculously hard forcing me to use some tricks to deal with the guards.
I think I've reached the boss but the skeleton got stuck and can't move after I beat his guards.
Oh well, hopefully this game would be updated to play better.

The animations and graphics were good, same for audio. I especially liked the fact that collecting the jaw prevented final death. I think this part (rolling to get the jaw) was thought-through and gives a better chance of surviving.

While the idea is funny and clever, I've found the hitboxes and the combat mechanic in general to be quite unreliable - it wasn't always clear if I would connect with a hit or not (and get hit as well). This makes the game really hard.

Other than that, a great entry, congrats!

Intriguing concept. The combat feels very hard when your jaw flies gods know where after getting one hit in. And the issue there is the fact the jaw doesn't drop nearby. I found it preferring out-of-bounds locations, inside the walls. Those were tricky to get.

I did like the skull's animations, they were fun.

On a side note, I skipped the link initially because it was under "MS Windows". I assumed it only had an executable there and moved on...

Good job!

Wow! I didn't like the game at first because I didn't understand that I could get my jaw back and not die if I was fast enough. After I figured that out, the point of the game became clear and I had a ton of fun! The different speeds and attacks at different stages of completeness were fun to experience. The animations are fun too! My only issue was that the bad guys in the next room would see me and crowd the door, making it impossible to get through unless I fight them in the doorway. Overall, I had so much fun playing this!
